Abstract. Basith A, Abinawanto, Kusrini E, Yasman. 2021. Genetic diversity analysis and phylogenetic reconstruction of groupers Epinephelus spp. from Madura Island, Indonesia based on partial sequence CO1 gene. Biodiversitas 22: 4282-4290. Groupers populations in Indonesia, particularly East Java are indicated to be over-fished, thereby requiring data collection more accurate genetic resources as an important step for grouper conservation. A total 14 samples the Epinepheplus were obtained fish landing port Island. The 617 bp gene was utilized tree reconstruction. is value haplotype (Hd) nucleotide (?). Reconstruction includes neighbor-joining (NJ) implementing K2P substitution model, while maximum likelihood (ML) conducted by HKY+G+I both which evaluated employing a bootstrap 1000 replications. Analysis distance between species that farthest E. heniochus fasciatus 0.189, closest erythrurus ongus 0.099. Intrapopulation high with details Hd=0.978 ?=0.12107. Furthermore, NJ ML demonstrated similar topology observed Island grouped into 7 clades, coioides, bleekeri, areolatus, erythrurus, heniochus, fasciatus, ongus.

Genetic and Phylogenetic Analysis of Adani Goat Population Based on Cytochrome B Gene
Identification of genetic characteristics is an important factor for preservation of species life. The aim of this study was to identify the genetic characteristics of the Adani goat populations based on the cytochrome b (Cyt b) gene and to detection its phylogenetic relationships with the domestic and wild goat species using NCBI database. Blood samples were taken from 12 Adani goat and subseq...
متن کاملAnalysis of Feed Carrying Capacity for Ruminant Livestock in Madura Island, Indonesia
A region is considered self-sustainable when the feed provision is adequate for all livestock demands. Livestock is fed in order to supply nutrient needs for maintenance, growth, and reproduction purposes. This study aimed to determine whether Madura Island inIndonesia is able to independently provide sufficient forage for its ruminant livestock. A Carrying Capacity Index (CCI) in four regions ...

in current study, 63 samples of bat populations collected from differ regions were used for evaluating the geographic variations. twenty cranial and dental characters for traditional morphometric and landmarks method on the ventral, dorsal skull and mandible for geometry morphometric studies were used. statistical analyses of traditional morphometric and geometry morphometric data indicated low...
fabrication of new ion sensitive field effect transistors (isfet) based on modification of junction-fet for analysis of hydronium, potassium and hydrazinium ions
a novel and ultra low cost isfet electrode and measurement system was designed for isfet application and detection of hydronium, hydrazinium and potassium ions. also, a measuring setup containing appropriate circuits, suitable analyzer (advantech board), de noise reduction elements, cooling system and pc was used for controlling the isfet electrode and various characteristic measurements. the t...
Phylogenetic Relationships of 3 Korean Neodiplostomum Species (Digenea: Neodiplostomidae) Based on Partial CO1 Gene
The phylogenetic relationships of the 3 Neodiplostomum spp. (Digenea: Neodiplostomidae) occurring in Korea (N. seoulense, N. leei, and N. boryongense) were analyzed using the partial mitochondrial cytochrome c oxidase subunit 1 (CO1) gene. The adult flukes were recovered from Sprague-Dawley rats (N. seoulense) and newborn chicks (N. leei and N. boryongense) experimentally infected with the neod...
